Conflict Resolution: Using the "Interest-Based Relational" Approach

We've all seen situations where people with different goals and needs have clashed, and we've all witnessed the often intense personal animosity that can result. Patera,Michele-2022ed.jpgMichele has been a member of PMI for many years. Her Great Lakes Chapter volunteer journey started in 2017 as the brand marketing manager. She continued her volunteer services as the Director PD – Symposium, VP Administration, and currently as the chapter’s 2023 President. The chapter President is a three-year volunteer role that started as the President-Elect in 2022 and includes the Past President role in 2024.
